● Section 1: The GTFO Poster Contest Terms and Conditions. These set out the full terms and conditions applicable to the giveaway.

● Section 2: The GTFO Trademarks and Usage Rules. These set out the rules you must follow when our GTFO Trademarks as part of your participation in the Giveaway.

The GTFO Poster Contest (“Giveaway”)
Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) which apply to the Giveaway which we have announced on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Discord (together the "Platforms"). Although the full terms are set out underneath, we wanted to first highlight some particularly key terms: 

○ This Giveaway is conducted by us, 10 Chambers AB (referred to herein as either "10 Chambers", "we", "us", "our", as appropriate). Should you have any issues in relation to this Giveaway, you should contact us directly via the relevant Platform in which you are participating. 

○ This Giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above.

○ In order to participate, you are permitted by us to use the GTFO Trademarks as set out in Section 2 on condition you comply with the Usage Rules alongside. In return, you also agree to allow us to use and share your creation (see Section 9 of the Terms). 

○ Whilst the Platforms assist us in running the Giveaway, the owner of the Platforms (or the Platforms themselves) are not in any way affiliated with the Giveaway and shall in no event be held liable in relation to this Giveaway.

THIS GIVEAWAY IS FREE TO ENTER AND NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Agreement to the Terms. By participating in the Giveaway, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any decision we make regarding the Giveaway, which we shall make at our sole discretion. To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and any terms and conditions specified outside of this page in connection with this Giveaway, the relevant conflicting terms found on this page shall prevail.

2. Eligibility. To be eligible to participate in this Giveaway, you:
a. must be 18 years old or older,
b. must not be an employee or family member of an employee of ours, or be directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway in any way.
c. must not otherwise be prohibited from doing under any applicable laws and regulations to which you are subject to in your place of residence.

3. Compliance with the Terms. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes an entrants full and unconditional agreement to be subject to the Terms and to comply with all applicable laws. Entrants must comply with all applicable rules, terms and policies, as well as the GTFO Trademarks Usage Rules. as provided by us in relation to the Giveaway, as well as the policies of the Platforms. Without limiting the foregoing, we explicitly reserve the right to void or disqualify any entrant or entry if it believes in good faith any entrant or entry does not comply with the Terms. 

4. Event Period. The Giveaway begins on approximately October 16 2023 at 18:00 CET and ends on October 27 2023 at 0:00 CET. 

5. How to enter: To participate in the Giveaway, you must (a) create a mock movie poster based on the 10 Chambers game titled “GTFO” (herein referred to as your “Creation”) and (b) share your Creation on any of the Platforms by doing the following:
a. On Discord, sharing your creation in the channel ‘gtfo-movie-poster’
b. On either Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) by using the hashtag #GTFOposter.

In creating your Creation, you are authorised by us to use the GTFO Trademarks as set out in Section 2, subject to your compliance with the Usage Rules provided alongside (the Usage Rules constitute part of the Terms by reference).

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Giveaway may be disqualified at our sole discretion. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices, in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Giveaway, your submission may be disqualified at our sole discretion.

6. Prize. The prize for winning the Giveaway consists exclusively of one (1) limited edition GTFO T-shirt (the “Prize”). Ten (10) Prizes are available to be won, with five (5) Winners selected from participants on Discord, and five (5) selected from the remaining Platforms.

No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by us, who have the right to substitute a Prize with another of comparable or greater value. TAXES AND ANY OTHER COSTS, IF ANY, RELATED TO THE PRIZE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. WINNER(S) MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH PROOF OF IDENTITY, ADDRESS AND BIRTH DATE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A PRIZE. Winner(s) may be required at our sole discretion to complete relevant tax forms as a condition to the delivery of the Prizes.

7. Winner selection and notification process.
a. After the Giveaway closes, we will select the Winners at our sole discretion by no later than the 23:59 PM CET on October 30th 2023. Each Winner will be contacted no later than [7] days after selection. The decision of 10 Chambers, or judges nominated by 10 Chambers to determine the Winners, is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

b. We will require confirmation from each Winner of their preferred size of T-shirt as well as their mailing address for delivery of the Prize, in which case each Winner must provide this to us within [14] days.

c. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within [14] days from the time award notification was sent, fails to provide mailing information requested by us in the relevant period, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release (to the extent required), the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative Winner may be selected. Receipt of the Prize by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Terms may at our discretion result in Winner’s disqualification as Winner and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated. We shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 

8. Prize Delivery. We will endeavor to deliver the Prize to the Winner within [60] days of receiving a valid mailing address, however, delivery times may be longer based on the Winner’s location.

9. Our right to share your Creation. By participating in the Giveaway and submitting a Creation, you automatically grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce and display your Creation (and your name alongside such Creation) in connection with the Giveaway and for 10 Chambers promotional purposes, across any media platforms, including but not limited to social media channels. You further acknowledge and agree that 10 Chambers may use (or not use) your name or Creation without any further notice or any compensation to you.

10. Personal Information Notice. By submitting your entries, you understand that we may process your name and any other information disclosed during your communications with us, including any mailing address provided, in connection with operating the Giveaway. We will only use your personal data in order to perform our obligations to you in relation to the Giveaway, save that we may share your name alongside your Creation where you specifically allow us to credit you. Please note, where you share your personal data via the Platform, the Platform may also process your personal data in accordance with their own privacy policy. 

11. Limitation of Liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our willful intent or negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct; (iv) liability for assuming a specific guarantee, and (v) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability, i.e. mandatory statutory liability. Save for the foregoing our liability shall be limited as follows: we shall be liable only up to the amount of damages as typically foreseeable at the time of concluding the Terms in respect of damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation (i.e. a contractual duty the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the Terms, the breach of which endangers the purpose of the Terms and on the fulfilment of which you can regularly rely); and we shall not be liable for damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of a non-material contractual obligation. Unless otherwise explicitly provided under the Terms for the purpose of the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that we have no obligations related to your Platform account or any social media account of yours, and your acts on the Platforms shall be resolved exclusively by you and the relevant platform.

12. General Provisions: If any provision of the Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, including if for any reason it is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. 

13. Governing Law and Arbitration. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any and all disputes or disagreements arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

If there's a disagreement regarding this Giveaway or the enforceability or validity of these Terms that we can't resolve between us both, it will be referred to an independent arbitrator in Sweden following the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). All arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all parties. No party shall seek any form of appeal or review in any court or tribunal.

You have the right to opt-out of the arbitration agreement contained herein. If you choose to opt-out, that means neither you nor we will have the right to compel arbitration of any dispute, and either party can proceed to resolve the issue in court. To opt-out, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the date you first became subject to this arbitration provision. Your notice must include your full name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt-out of the arbitration agreement. Please send your opt-out notice to our address at 10 Chambers AB, Drottninggatan 95A, 113 60 Stockholm.

14. No Affiliation with Social Media Channels. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including without limitation, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.

Section 2

GTFO Trademarks and Usage Rules

“GTFO Trademarks” means the following:

● The wordmark “GTFO”

● The following GTFO logos:

Usage Rules

These Usage Rules apply to participants of the Giveaway wishing to use the GTFO Trademark(s) as part of their submission, and form part of the Terms by reference. Any use of the GTFO Trademarks outside this scope is not permitted unless specifically granted by 10 Chambers in writing.

Permissible Use: Participants of the Giveaway are granted by 10 Chambers limited, non-exclusive, and revocable permission to use the GTFO Trademarks solely for the purpose of creating and sharing their Creation as part of the Giveaway.

Prohibited Uses: You must not use the GTFO Trademarks in a manner that:
● may be seen as defamatory, libelous, or obscene 
● implies 10 Chambers endorses or sponsors any product, service or opinion 
● brings 10 Chambers or its products or affiliate companies into disrepute
● infringes upon third-party rights (including without limitation their intellectual property rights, or personality rights or rights to privacy).

Termination of Use: If 10 Chambers at any point believes a participant’s use of the GTFO Trademark(s) is inappropriate or could cause harm, it has the right to revoke the participants right to use the GTFO Trademark(s) immediately.

Disclaimer: All rights to the GTFO Trademark(s) remain the property of 10 Chambers. Participants acknowledge that their use of the GTFO Trademark(s) does not grant them any rights, title or interest in the GTFO Trademark(s), other than the limited permissions granted herein. Any violation of the Usage Rules may result in disqualification from the Giveaway and further legal actions where appropriate.
